• Work within an agile team, taking part in daily standups and weekly retrospectives • Understand the structure of existing applications and how to utilize them • Interact daily with members of your team and other teams within the broader Engineering team (API, UI, Intelligence, QA, Product) • Review commits of team members

• Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFinda’s sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives • Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs • Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media and events) • Qualify leads that fall into ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) • Keep up to date with ProFinda’s competitive landscape • Articulate ProFinda’s value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear, concise and credible manner • Foster brand awareness • Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management

• Assist in development of features and enhancement of product • Leverage AI tools for well-defined Epics and user stories • Take part in Discovery sessions with stakeholders • Maintain the Product User Manual • Ensure development and delivery of software modules • Record product defects and collaborate on resolutions • Prepare reports using business analytics tools • Mine and analyze large datasets
