Alphanumeric Systems
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment and be able to adapt the recruitment workflow depending on the requirements we get from our clients. • Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks, job boards). • Conduct phone and video interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and providing feedback into the system. • Register, apply and score the online tests according to the position we are trying to cover. • Assess and filter candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Recruit and source for internal service desks (internal roles) and staffing/agency workers (external roles). • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, as well as hiring managers.
Job Requirements
- Between 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle, working as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, preferably in international environments.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and Agency Worker/Staffing procedures is an asset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory as it will be the main working language.
- French is a nice-to-have and a selection differentiator.
- Relevant Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or related field.
- Experience recruiting the following profiles: Commercial Agents, Customer Support Representatives, Project Managers, Health Care Professionals, IT Professionals, and Pharmaceutical professionals.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones.
- Cultural adaptability to work with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders from different regions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments where quick decision-making is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and in a results-based approach.

General Description We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Industry Talent Acquisition Recruiter to work on a contract basis remotely in the US.
