Job Description

Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations

Flock Group Inc

• Partner directly with the VP of Talent to scope, drive, and land initiatives that move the function forward — from program launches to org design to cross-functional alignment. • Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that meaningfully improve how the team sources, screens, coordinates, and decides; separate the signal from the hype and apply ethical AI principles as we do it. • Own the full tech stack, lead implementations, and ensure the team is getting maximum leverage from every tool. • Define what we measure, build the dashboards that tell the story, and bring data to every decision — balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience. • Own recruiting compliance end-to-end — EEO/OFCCP reporting, job posting requirements, data privacy, and audit readiness; build frameworks that keep us clean and scalable as we grow. • Lead and develop the coordination function, setting the bar for candidate experience and operational excellence. • Own the operational handoff from offer acceptance to Day 1, partnering with People Ops to make the new hire experience seamless.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations, with meaningful time in a senior or lead capacity.
  • A track record of driving alignment across a recruiting team, you've gotten people moving in the same direction.
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools and a point of view on where they create real value in recruiting workflows.
  • Deep ATS fluency and comfort owning a recruiting tech ecosystem.
  • Strong data instincts — you know what to measure and how to make it mean something.
  • Executive presence — you're comfortable presenting to and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership mentality; you don't wait to be told what needs fixing.
  • Background scaling recruiting functions through rapid growth.
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations and onboarding infrastructure.
