Role Description This is a deeply hands-on role embedded in Sterlington’s most active deals, working directly with M&A, Executive Compensation, and Private Wealth partners as transactions unfold. You’ll build and pressure-test models, analyze deal structures and management equity, and turn market, valuation, and capital-structure insights into clear negotiation leverage and partner-ready advice. Designed for someone who wants to be in the details, this role connects finance, strategy, and legal execution to directly shape deal outcomes. - Build, refine, and pressure-test financial models directly, using hands-on analysis to surface key economic drivers and deal sensitivities. - Collaborate closely with M&A, Executive Compensation, and Private Wealth partners on active transactions. - Review and analyze deal structures, management equity packages, and transaction models to support legal negotiation strategy. - Provide context on market trends, valuation dynamics, and capital structures relevant to ongoing deals. - Support partners in developing strategic recommendations for clients, aligning legal positions with commercial and financial objectives. - Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and tools to strengthen Sterlington’s deal advisory capability. - Participate in selected client discussions, helping translate complex financial concepts into strategic legal insights. Qualifications - 5 - 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transactional advisory (buy-side, sell-side, or management representation). - Demonstrated understanding of M&A transaction mechanics, management equity, incentive structures, and deal financing. - Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with an ability to distill key commercial drivers. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable supporting lawyers and senior partners in a high-stakes environment. - Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and motivated by precision and excellence. Role Description The primary function of the Relocation Accounting Service Team analyst is to answer incoming inquiries sent by Global Operations regarding the reimbursement of customer expenses.
