Role Description The primary function of the Relocation Accounting Service Team analyst is to answer incoming inquiries sent by Global Operations regarding the reimbursement of customer expenses. The Analyst must assist in resolving expense issues, while ensuring that customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through delivery of Top Block Service. This team is designed to act as a help desk for Global Operation by using systems such as Service Now to manage the inquiries and facilitate communication between the departments.
