• Know, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct." • Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (T&Cs) for Westinghouse supply chain operations. • Lead negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on T&Cs issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work. • Support preparation and negotiation of complementary agreements including NDAs, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, master services or frame agreements. • Provide input and guidance to Westinghouse supply chain personnel on applicable company governance procedural requirements. • Perform final reviews of contract documents to support Purchase Order execution and advise on identified concerns, including required additional approvals. • Inface with Westinghouse supply chain, Legal and business teams on procurement T&Cs issues to agree on strategy and represent Procurement Contracts role at Westinghouse management meetings. • Provide support of customer proposal development activities involving supply chain. • Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and supply chain personnel in developing commercial approach/response. • Implement processes to “flowdown” applicable customer contracts requirements to suppliers and subcontractors for direct procurements. • Collect and analyze contract trends with suppliers/subcontractors and lessons learned and provide ongoing feedback to Legal & Compliance leads for applicable policies. • Implement updates to assigned contract T&Cs template(s).

• Know, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct." • Lead an international team of contracts professionals in supporting Westinghouse supply chain operations with development and negotiation of supplier and subcontractor purchase terms and conditions (T&C) and supporting agreements. • Resource management of Procurement Contracts team, develop assignments, provide mentorship on important contract principles and contract structures, and help resolve issues. • Communicate with Westinghouse supply chain management, Legal and business teams on procurement T&Cs issues to agree on strategy and represent Procurement Contracts at Westinghouse management meetings. • Ensure that we follow protocols for approval of supplier/subcontractor deviations to Westinghouse standard T&Cs. • Lead negotiations (in person and virtual) with suppliers/subcontractors on T&Cs issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work, alliance or teaming, and master service agreements. • Provide input and guidance to Westinghouse supply chain personnel on applicable company governance procedural requirements. • Provide T&Cs training and process training to Westinghouse partners involved in the procurement contracting process. • Manage global contract T&Cs template(s), working with Legal and supply chain management using feedback and market conditions. • Develop and implement processes to “flowdown” customer contracts requirements to suppliers and subcontractors. • Ensure support of customer proposal development activities involving supply chain. • Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and supply chain personnel in developing commercial approach/response. • Consider and apply contract trends with customers, suppliers and competitors in Westinghouse served markets to develop contracting strategies. • Provide ongoing feedback to Legal & Compliance lead for applicable policies. • Support implementation of special contract strategies related to new teams, new products, or latest technologies. • Support company strategic programs as requested, including contract diligence and other risk analysis.

• Issue purchase orders for security hardware, low-voltage equipment, network gear, and installation materials based on project needs and stock levels. • Track and manage inventory replenishment using field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan) and coordinate deliveries to job sites or warehouses. • Source vendors and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and return terms for items such as access control systems, cameras, NVRs, and structured cabling. • Maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor vendor performance. • Work with project managers and service coordinators to align procurement with install schedules and avoid delays. • Assist with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty processes. • Process incoming vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders and packing slips, and ensure accurate GL coding. • Maintain up-to-date vendor records, W-9 forms, and payment terms within accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct). • Manage weekly payment runs via check, ACH, or credit card, and ensure early-payment discounts and project cash flow targets are met. • Monitor the AP aging report, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly. • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and AP reporting for job costing.
