As a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll turn ideas into live campaigns—designing assets, supporting execution, and keeping everything aligned and on track. You’re just as comfortable creating visuals as you are managing the steps that bring them to life. If you like seeing your work out in the world—and knowing you made it happen—this role delivers. Key Responsibilities: - Design marketing assets including social media graphics, brochures, email templates, and signage. - Support execution of digital campaigns across email, social media, and website. - Manage and update email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms. - Upload and maintain website content using CMS tools such as WordPress. - Schedule and publish social media content. - Assist with basic campaign reporting (engagement, open rates). - Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines. - Maintain organized files and marketing assets. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design. - Portfolio showcasing design work. - Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). - Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. - Strong attention to detail and time management. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
