YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Digital Advertising Lead, you will lead the execution and optimization of THL's digital advertising program during a parental leave coverage period. Your responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple objectives and platforms, managing day-to-day ad performance, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact digital advertising. You bring hands-on experience in digital ad creation and management, along with practical data analysis, attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Digital Engagement. Please note that this role involves working with content that depicts cruel practices, in service of exposing and ending animal abuse. This is a temporary, full-time remote position for approximately 7 months, and may be extended or shortened at THL's discretion.
