Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our startup, Growth Recipes Inc, and provide creative ideas to help achieve our growth goals. You will have extensive training in developing and implementing marketing strategies and growth hacking. As an intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. You will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. - Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. - Perform market analysis and research on the competition. - Support the marketing team in daily, weekly, and monthly mission sprints. - Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media and web). - Prepare promotional presentations. - Help distribute marketing materials. - Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM). - Help organize marketing events. Qualifications - Strong desire to learn along with the professional drive. - Solid understanding of different marketing techniques. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of Google Drive and its products. - Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, analytics, and Ads). - Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices. - Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Content Creator's responsibilities include: - Producing marketing copy to advertise our products - Writing blog posts about industry-related topics - Promoting our content on social media - Researching industry-related topics - Preparing well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms - Creating and distributing marketing copy to advertise our company and products - Interviewing industry professionals and incorporating their views in blog posts - Editing and proofreading written pieces before publication - Conducting keyword research and using SEO guidelines to optimize content - Promoting content on social networks and monitoring engagement (e.g., comments and shares) - Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new topics - Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles - Measuring web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates) - Updating our websites as needed Qualifications - Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role - Portfolio of published articles - Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) - Excellent writing and editing skills in English - An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces - Time-management skills - Familiarity with SEO Company Description
