Role Description To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design of engaging, high-converting digital experiences across our website, landing pages, and marketing assets. This role combines UX/UI and visual design, offering hands-on experience across web design, campaign creatives, and user experience improvements. You will work closely with Marketing, SEO, and Product teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve the user journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop strong UX/UI skills in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - UX/UI & Web Design - Support the design of web pages and landing pages (wireframes and UI layouts) - Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visual solutions - Contribute to improving existing pages based on feedback and data - Visual & Graphic Design - Design marketing assets (banners, email visuals, social media creatives) - Adapt visuals across different channels and formats - Support A/B testing by creating design variations - Collaboration & Growth - Work closely with senior team members to improve user experience and conversion - Learn to interpret basic performance data (clicks, engagement, etc.) - Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, web design, or graphic design - Portfolio showing: - Basic web or landing page design - Visual/graphic design work (social, banners, etc.) - Familiarity with Figma (or similar tools) - Basic understanding of responsive design and layout principles - Strong visual sense (typography, spacing, hierarchy) - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to UX principles (user flows, wireframes) - Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Interest in digital marketing or e-commerce - Basic knowledge of tools like GA or Hotjar Benefits - An energetic, driven results-oriented environment with over 40 professionals including developers, marketers, affiliates, and analysts. - Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding international project.
