Role Description We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex custom healthcare web applications. This is a high-accountability, multi-faceted role that requires rigorous internal engineering management, exceptional client-facing leadership, and strong solutions architect/business analyst capabilities. - Manage 8–10 concurrent projects, acting as the primary bridge between clients and the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team. - Hold FDEs accountable for performance and quality, having direct conversations when expectations are not met. - Interpret vague or incomplete client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for the engineering team. Qualifications - Excellent English Communication Skills - Bachelor's Degree (ideally) - 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically managing web application development. - Experience in the US healthcare industry or prior experience in Healthcare Software (HealthTech). - Familiarity with US healthcare terminology and processes such as HIPAA, PHI handling, and EHR/EMRs. - Experience with software development lifecycles and the ability to communicate technical updates to non-technical clients. - Expert-level proficiency in project management tools. - Top-tier "people skills" with the ability to lead high-pressure Zoom calls. - Ability to write clear, concise client documentation. - Fast learner with excellent oral communication and listening skills. - AI-savvy: understanding how to leverage AI technologies for project management and documentation. Requirements - Simultaneously manage 8–10 active web application projects from kickoff through successful completion. - Manage and lead Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE), ensuring they stay on track with technical milestones and internal deadlines. - Create comprehensive project timelines, prioritize daily tasks, and proactively identify/mitigate bottlenecks before they impact delivery. - Assist in selecting and setting up new client-facing project management tools to streamline internal workflows for external transparency. - Clearly understand clients’ application requirements and advise on the web app build strategy. - Translate client requirements into clear features and descriptions for the FDE to build. - Balance client expectations with technical realities, ensuring a high-quality product is delivered on time. - Be the clients' trusted point person and build clients’ confidence in the Company’s ability to deliver. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients with live project builds, leading Zoom presentations and managing all email correspondence. - De-escalate client concerns and turn friction into productive collaboration. Overview The Program Manager, Operations will partner directly with the assigned Client Executive, retrieval, coding, and reporting team leads and will focus on the execution and delivery of the Cotiviti Risk Adjustment Products and Services for enterprise-level accounts. The Program Manager, Operations will directly own assigned accounts and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our engagement for our Risk Adjustment solution set. The Program Manager, Operations will leverage their deep healthcare and project management knowledge to deliver the highest quality of services to Cotiviti clients.
