• Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple capital construction projects simultaneously. • Develop, review, and manage approved project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. • Coordinate contractor bidding, selection, and contract execution. • Maintain accurate construction records and databases for active and completed projects. • Conduct inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. • Monitor job sites to ensure safe construction practices are followed, work aligns with project schedules, and contractors meet contractual scope and quality requirements. • Manage change orders and resolve construction issues to minimize schedule and cost impacts. • Ensure projects comply with CHS standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements. • Lead and coordinate engineering and safety resources across civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and equipment specifications. • Collaborate with engineers, manufacturers, vendors, utilities and local officials. • Provide technical insight to challenge designs, recommend alternatives, and improve building processes. • Lead compliance efforts related to CHS Environmental, Health & Safety standards. • Identify and communicate site hazards and address unsafe conditions. • Negotiate pricing, equipment discounts, and service terms.

• Lead enterprise SaaS + hardware implementation programs with full delivery accountability • Establish strong executive-level partnerships with customer stakeholders • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope • Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical path across global teams • Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions • Own scope governance, including change control and commercial impact discussions • Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and dashboards • Proactively manage escalations and drive resolution • Translate business requirements into high-quality functional solution documentation • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing internal prioritization and process improvement

• Own and manage all parts of project delivery, including timeline, risks/issues, and quality, delivering to the customer's requirements and desired outcomes • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and prospects/customers to collect requirements, scope, and propose services solutions to meet technical and business needs • Collaborate closely with one or more deployment, implementation, and consulting engineers and other SMEs to deliver the scope of work quickly and effectively • Manage customer expectations and communications, including project kickoff and status reporting • Own and manage project scope, deliverables, and artifacts, including project plans, timelines, and status reports, to provide visibility internally and externally as to the status of the project • Effectively manage escalations related to issues encountered during implementation and initial customer go-live • Drive decisions on technical decisions quickly and effectively while also keeping the projects on track • Cultivate relationships and trust with our customers, helping align on a technical implementation strategy to help them realize success • Collaborate with sales, support, and other members of the Veza team to deliver a superior customer experience • Facilitate the sharing of customer feedback internally
