Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise project management experience
- 5+ years in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or complex SaaS implementations
- Comfort adopting and effectively using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, visibility, and outcomes across cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional delivery programs
- Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Strong risk management and scope control discipline
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- PMP certification preferred
