Strategy Advancement Advisor

• Act as the business lead on initiatives related to productivity optimization, pay structure design, and workforce management. • Collaborate with data teams to scope, guide, and interpret quantitative analyses. • Partner with HR and operational leaders to collect and synthesize qualitative data to complement analytical findings and help drive decision-making. • Develop and present recommendations on incentive structures and workforce strategies that align with business goals. • Develop comprehensive strategic plans and execute them with a minimum-viable-product mentality. • Analyze current operations and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and establish solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Drive stakeholder alignment and lead communication efforts for any proposed changes. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define opportunities. • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. • Scope, guide, and support the build of tools and dashboards that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making. • Lead or support the ongoing use and refinement of newly developed tools and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline
- Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
- Experience working in or with healthcare organizations, especially home healthcare, is a strong plus

• Breakeven analysis and evaluation • Development of risk management plans that best align with the client’s objectives • Managing price risk in an ongoing manner as driven by market movement, including technical indicators • Provide regular market-related news and updates, including conference calls and publications as required • Record client profiles, sales, and interactions within the CRM system • Travel to client sites, raising new business as well as other travel as it relates to the business. • Lead or assist with other assigned projects and duties
• Resolve inquiries to complete satisfaction via phone, email, and chat, acting as the primary point of contact for members throughout their journey. • Manage the backend tasks required to move members through healthcare processes, including appointment confirmations, medical information retrieval, and troubleshooting. • Build strong, empathetic bonds with clients and advocates, navigating tough conversations with grace and a solution-oriented mindset. • Identify bottlenecks or 'friction points' in the customer journey and collaborate with leadership to implement automation or workflow optimizations. • Act as a natural troubleshooter, guiding users through basic browser, mobile app, or connectivity issues related to the platform. • Meticulously document all interactions in the CRM and track feedback to help our partners build a world-class experience. • Facilitate quick resolutions for site-specific issues and ensure seamless handoffs between clinical teams and advocates.
• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, as well as other individual meetings and group presentations, with targeted participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within assigned territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans • Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a professional manner • Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking • Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants • Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to adhere to guidelines for regulatory compliance • Achieve plan level and individual goals to help achieve service level agreements and business results • Participate in client meetings, sales finals, or other external meetings as needed • Work collaboratively across internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness
