Zilliant’s Solutions Engineers quantify the impact of the identified problem areas and the potential benefits of solving them and explain and demonstrate how Zilliant’s solutions fit within the customer's business to address those problems. What You’ll Do: - Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify and quantify potential opportunities - Prepare and deliver compelling software demonstrations that highlight Zilliant’s capabilities and differentiators - Communicate solution recommendations and best practices to senior business leaders and stakeholders - Provide customer-driven insight to Zilliant’s product management team about feature-function enhancements for Zilliant's software solutions. What You Won’t Do: - Get bored – Zilliant’s Solution Engineers are actively engaged in many parallel sales pursuits and also work cross-functionally with other teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, etc.) to ensure every aspect of the pre-sales process is optimized and efficient. Who You Are: - Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic organization - Time-management focused and able to manage multiple competing priorities - An effective communicator (presentation, written, and video conference) - A detailed oriented individual with an eye toward accuracy and completeness - High integrity, high energy, and strong team-centered work ethic What You’ll Need: - Ability to independently develop and deliver compelling software demonstrations to a broad set of project stakeholders including senior business executives, strongly connecting the value of our solutions to the deepest needs of their business - Superior communication skills with the ability to bring insightful findings to prospects regarding their business leveraging best practices to help achieve their business objectives - Ability to relate customer success stories from varying industries as a means to explain the solution approach, overcome objections, and build confidence - A consultative approach with solving your customers business challenges and have a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections - 5 - 10 years overall, high-impact experience in a pre-sales role with a SaaS based, analytics-intensive software solution provider. Salesforce experience is a plus.
