• Lead creative direction to embed brand principles into storytelling, messaging, and visual execution • Deliver on Humana's brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all creative and content channels based on key insights and performance data • Manage a team of creative directors by providing thoughtful, strategic feedback on visuals and messaging to elevate the quality of marketing assets • Advocate for brand adherence and stewardship , ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance across campaigns, assets, and experiences • Partner with enterprise marketing teams to align brand strategy with organizational goals and member needs • Develop brand guidelines and toolkits , enabling teams to activate the brand effectively and confidently • Lead design thinking sessions to uncover the most impactful and strategic direction to approach creative requests, embracing a test and learn environment • Establish a content studio that governs messaging and tone of voice through every member touchpoint, across marketing and regulatory / operational communications • Lead the agency's test and learn strategy, identifying diverse content for multi-variant testing • Oversee brand training and enablement , helping internal teams and external partners understand and apply brand standards • Monitor brand health and perception , using insights to inform strategy and continuously improve brand relevance • Serve as a senior brand ambassador , influencing leadership and representing Humana's brand in strategic forums

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or content marketing
  • Proven success in building and scaling brand identity across large organizations
  • Strong understanding of brand governance, storytelling, and visual systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing teams, cultivating leadership capabilities, and facilitating effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Department Brand Job Summary We are looking for an Art Director to join Filevine's Brand team and play a central role in shaping how the world sees us. What You'll Do Brand Identity & Visual Systems - Evolve and steward Filevine's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints - Assist in maintaining a comprehensive brand design system — including typography, color, iconography, illustration, photography direction, and layout principles - Enforce brand guidelines, empowering cross-functional teams and external partners to apply the brand correctly Campaign & Content Design - Concept and execute compelling visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, out-of-home, and print - Design materials for product launches, demand generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness initiatives - Translate complex ideas and messaging into clear, engaging visual narratives Digital & Motion Design - Design high-quality digital experiences including landing pages, web graphics, display ads, and social content - Develop motion graphics and animated assets for video, social, and presentations, bringing the brand to life through movement - Partner with web and product teams to ensure visual consistency across digital surfaces Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a creative partner to Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams, translating their goals into polished, on-brand visual solutions - Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to develop cohesive concepts from brief through final delivery - Partner with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and production vendors to oversee and elevate brand output Creative Leadership - Contribute to creative briefs, conceptual development, and brand strategy conversations - Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers and cross-functional contributors - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a high-velocity environment - Continuously raise the bar for creative quality and champion a culture of design excellence What You'll Need Required - 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with significant time spent in-house at a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company (agency experience in addition to in-house is a plus) - A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital design, and multi-channel creative execution (Visual portfolio is required for consideration) - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma - Deep understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout - Experience developing and maintaining brand design systems and guidelines - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to stakeholders Preferred - Experience with motion design and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar) - Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS basics, or working alongside development teams - Experience designing for B2B or enterprise technology audiences - Exposure to AI-powered design tools and an enthusiasm for integrating emerging technology into creative workflows - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience Important NoteThis position may be hybrid or remote, with regular in-person engagement expected when collaborating with the broader marketing team, attending key events, or overseeing major production efforts.
