Job Description

Marketing Lead

KOSYS Group

• Development and management of a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across multiple digital channels (social media, content marketing, SEO/SEA, email marketing) • Planning, execution and monitoring of performance-oriented online campaigns for new customer acquisition, customer activation and retention • Continuous analysis of user behavior and campaign data with a focus on email marketing and split testing • Derivation of optimization measures based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, conversion rates) • Planning and coordination of webinars and other online sales-promotion activities • Promotion of our online presence and increase of customer engagement across platforms • Development and optimization of our YouTube channels and implementation of podcast formats • Management of key performance channels (Google Ads, social media ads, retargeting) • Oversight of tracking for our on- and offline marketing activities, especially for email marketing campaigns • Preparation of regular reports and presentation of results with clear recommendations for action • Analysis of market trends and viral topics for profitable integration into our marketing strategy (supported by our Data Scientist) • Responsible management of the marketing budget and efficient allocation of resources • Establishment and leadership of the marketing department, where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • University degree and/or vocational training in marketing, media, communications, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, more than 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven professional experience in (performance) marketing with a focus on measurable results
  • Successful implementation of marketing campaigns with demonstrable references
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
  • Sound experience with email automation platforms such as Klick-Tipp, Mailchimp, GetResponse or similar systems
  • Good prior knowledge of social media and online marketing
  • Understanding of funnel concepts and the customer journey
  • Strong analytical thinking, numerical affinity and result orientation
  • Creativity to develop innovative growth strategies
  • Passion for marketing, media and communications
  • Organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Ability to follow existing processes and further develop them
  • Quick comprehension, high discipline and able to work independently
  • Strong team skills combined with a confident presence
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision
  • Clean and error-free written expression in German; ideally also proficient in English
