Avow
• Build a strong and trusted presence for AVOW within the Indonesian agency ecosystem • Generate qualified campaign briefs by educating agencies on OEM advertising and AVOW’s value proposition • Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth in Indonesia • Support the full sales cycle alongside Senior Sales and Customer Success teams, from first contact to campaign launch • Become a recognizable and reliable point of contact for agencies within the first 6–12 months
Job Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills and genuine enjoyment of face-to-face interactions
- Confidence approaching new people and opening conversations in agency environments
- Curiosity and willingness to learn the commercial and technical side of adtech
- Clear and structured communication, both verbally and in writing
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with good follow-through
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts (or strong motivation to learn)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment
