Project Engineer

Rockwell Automation

• Maintain automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing, and commissioning/startup at customer facilities. • Perform offshore field services and systems engineering activities involving process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, and industrial networks. • Design moderate to complex system architectures for new projects and analyze existing systems for interventions or upgrades. • Execute all development phases of automation systems, including requirements gathering, detailed design, software development, factory testing, and commissioning/startup. • Support installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems and networks in the field.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Previous experience as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Engineer, including the application of Rockwell Automation products (PowerFlex, Drives, Logix Platform, Trusted, Aadvance, PLC application development, Industrial Components, Industrial Networks).
  • Experience in installing and commissioning industrial automation systems and networks.
  • Experience in industrial automation projects for the Oil & Gas industry or related areas.
  • Residency in the Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Availability to work offshore on a 14/21-day rotation depending on the project.
  • Ability to work at customer sites.

The selected candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting environmental compliance programs, acquisition planning activities, and contract oversight for environmental projects at Air Force installations. This position supports environmental program management, development of environmental compliance scopes of work, and technical review of acquisition and program documentation.
