• Join our Hardware Engineering team to optimize power consumption on our products. • Create a systematic process to optimize power consumption on different hardware solutions projects and our main hardware product. • Review all relevant designs including schematics, layout, and mechanical designs. • Define and measure power modes for our core product and other solutions. • Define a power tree for our core product and identify pain points in current architectures. • Partner with QA to track power consumption of products regression testing. • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support a culture of continuous improvement around power consumption in our product suite.

• Strategic consulting & architecture design: Analyze existing business processes and develop scalable, future-proof Salesforce architectures • Advise our clients on the optimal use of Agentforce and Salesforce core clouds (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) as well as related technologies • Technical ownership & implementation: Design end-to-end architectures with a focus on best practices, scalability and performance • Technical governance and quality assurance in complex Salesforce projects • Develop and optimize DevOps processes and tools based on the latest technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines) • Close collaboration with internal and external, onshore and nearshore development teams to ensure solutions are implemented optimally • Support our sales organization with tenders and proposal development, including IT strategy, architecture design and effort estimation • Identify technical trends and advise on the optimal technology solutions for our clients • Mentor and coach consultants and developers within the project team • Actively contribute to shaping our internal methodology and best practices for solution architecture

• Lead discovery sessions with executive, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation goals • Serve as a technical authority during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including delivery planning, estimation, SoW development, and contracting • Guide customers through process and organizational changes required for successful solution adoption • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders through consultative guidance and coaching • Translate business objectives and technical requirements into scalable solution blueprints, integration strategies, configurations, and data migration approaches • Support configuration and implementation activities to meet complex business requirements • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomes • Provide implementation best practices, knowledge transfer, and adoption guidance • Capture customer feedback and lessons learned to improve implementation methodologies and playbooks • Advocate for customer priorities internally to help influence DTN’s roadmap and service approach • Mentor junior team members on solution architecture and delivery best practices
