• Du bearbeitest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung eigenständig, inklusive Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen. • Du stimmst regelmäßig Haupt- und Nebenbücher ab und klärst offene Posten. • Du wirkst aktiv am Projekt Inhouse-Buchhaltung mit und unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Optimierung interner Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozesse. • Du bereitest Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse vor, indem du Buchungen vorbereitest und relevante Unterlagen zusammenstellst. • Du unterstützt im Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement bei der Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen.
Job Requirements
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst ca. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Du bringst sichere Kenntnisse in der Haupt- und Nebenbuchhaltung mit.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Monats- oder Jahresabschlüssen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und Excel.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen.
