Overview Gallagher Bassett is seeking a remote senior-level implementation professional to join our organization and lead high-impact client onboarding across our portfolio. This role is pivotal to ensuring new clients experience a seamless, well-orchestrated transition into Gallagher Bassett, setting the foundation for long-term partnership, satisfaction, and operational success. How you'll make an impact You are the catalyst for seamless client onboarding experience, ensuring every new Gallagher Bassett client transitions smoothly and successfully. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence. - Lead Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary client-facing leader for all new Gallagher Bassett implementations. Own the end-to-end onboarding process, engaging directly with client stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met while building trust and driving a positive client experience. - Design and Execute Implementation Plans: Build structured, scalable processes that align with client requirements and Gallagher Bassett standards. - Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with producers, account managers, carriers, and brokers to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. - Deliver Exceptional Client Support: Provide technical expertise post-sale, troubleshoot issues quickly, and set-up clients for long-term success. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Interpret business challenges, recommend best practices, and influence process improvements that enhance client outcomes. - Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and implementation, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all client programs. About You Required: - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in implementation, client delivery, or related roles. - PMO experience with proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client needs. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. Reporting to the KRX Associate Director, you’ll work cross-functionally across the organization to help maintain accurate donor data in Salesforce, support reporting and financial coordination, manage membership tracking and list preparation, and provide operational support across the team. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for building reliable systems will help ensure our donor programs run smoothly and enable the team to deliver meaningful, high-touch experiences for our most engaged supporters. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… - Salesforce Governance and Revenue Operations - Ensuring accuracy and integrity of donor data and membership tracking.
