• Oversee the full lifecycle of B2B client implementations, from creation of the work order to final delivery • Manage the daily queue of requests via CRM • Schedule appointments with clients and field technicians • Conduct follow-ups with clients, the sales team, and internal departments • Support meeting SLAs, focusing on on-time deliveries • Identify and track impediments • Engage internal teams and partners to ensure smooth delivery flow • Assist in preparing status and performance reports • Participate in alignment meetings with internal teams and partners • Support conducting project kickoffs with clients and involved teams • Ensure recording and updating of information in the CRM • Assist in the technical and documentation validation of completed projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Communications, Project Management, or related fields
- Previous experience in telecommunications, projects, B2B customer service, or operations
- Experience organizing requests/demands and interacting with clients
- Basic knowledge of project methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, ITIL, or similar)
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, TOTVS, or similar)
- Knowledge of metrics (KPIs and SLAs)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

JOB SUMMARY You’ll partner with the Key Relationships Experience team (KRX) to support the systems, reporting, and operational workflows that power thoughtful experiences for our major donors (The Well, The Pool, and 1 Million Lives). Reporting to the KRX Associate Director, you’ll work cross-functionally across the organization to help maintain accurate donor data in Salesforce, support reporting and financial coordination, manage membership tracking and list preparation, and provide operational support across the team. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for building reliable systems will help ensure our donor programs run smoothly and enable the team to deliver meaningful, high-touch experiences for our most engaged supporters. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… - Salesforce Governance and Revenue Operations - Ensuring accuracy and integrity of donor data and membership tracking. This includes: - Salesforce updates and data accuracy - Pledge approvals and membership status tracking - New member and renewal tracking - Membership pipeline hygiene - Salesforce event updates (including RSVP list updates) - Monitoring donor records for accuracy and completeness - - Performing data upkeep, analysis, and reporting across Salesforce and various platforms like Box, Dropmark, etc. This will include cross-referencing documents, pulling data reports, conducting audits, and ensuring information is organized and accurate across platforms - Reporting, Insights, and Financial Coordination - Supporting reporting needs and maintaining alignment with Finance.
