Director of Revenue Marketing

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team • Partner with sales leadership on field marketing programs • Own strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns • Establish a reporting framework for marketing’s impact on revenue • Collaborate with product and data teams for lead scoring • Develop an account-based marketing strategy for enterprise accounts • Act as a strategic link between marketing and sales

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3–4 years managing a team
  • Led field marketing teams aligned to regional sales targets
  • Hands-on experience running digital demand generation campaigns
  • Fluent in metrics that matter in revenue marketing
  • Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions
  • ABM experience is a plus
  • Experience in hiring and developing marketers
  • Comfortable setting strategy and executing
