Alliances Manager

Liatrio

• Establish a net-new alliance with Microsoft, centered around AI-enablement and transformation • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Microsoft AI services growth within large enterprise organizations • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Microsoft partner programs and joint investments to accelerate wins • Collaborate with Liatrio's sales and alliance leadership to align Microsoft sales strategies with overall business objectives • Engage in market-facing events and conferences to identify new leads and opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other key partners to drive joint sales efforts • Manage and optimize channel partner performance, ensuring alignment with Liatrio's sales goals • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with Microsoft and other partners • Work closely with Liatrio's revenue, delivery, and innovation teams to drive adoption of Liatrio's AI-enabled engineering approach through Microsoft's Copilot and Microsoft AI partner channels and programs • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging Azure technologies to maintain a competitive edge • Serve as internal Microsoft alliance ambassador to drive awareness and engagement with Liatrio client delivery and account teams • Lead the Microsoft alliance opportunity management process, including creating and updating joint CRM system entries, reporting, and maintenance • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management within the revenue organization • Analyze pipeline to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in coordination with our client principals, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years' relevant experience with a focus on Microsoft
  • Prior experience as a Microsoft alliance lead, whether at Microsoft or with a top-tier Microsoft partner
  • Prior experience establishing a net-new partnership with a large technology vendor or cloud service provider
  • Deep relationships with Microsoft AI Services / Copilot sales and/or partner leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies and solutions, with relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience in the enterprise market is extremely preferable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft partner incentive programs (e.g., Microsoft Commerce Incentives, Azure IP Co-sell) preferred
  • Experience managing a portfolio of opportunities in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Partner Center portal is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot and other CRM platforms
  • Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AZ-900) desired
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
