• Lead Technical Discovery: Drive the technical discovery process in partnership with the sales team to uncover deep-seated pain points and navigate complex technical objections. • Workflow & DAM Mastery: Propose customized digital asset management and content distribution workflows tailored to the customer's business, ensuring prospects understand how to optimize their entire creative lifecycle. • Migration & Implementation Strategy: Develop and present comprehensive migration strategies for prospects moving from other DAMs or storage solutions, providing clear guidance on library builds and transition best practices. • Technical Validation & Integration: Serve as the lead for all integration and API discussions, while independently owning the technical diligence process, including RFIs, RFPs, and complex security/compliance questionnaires. • Field-to-Product Liaison: Act as the critical feedback loop between the market and our internal teams, translating field requirements and feature gaps into actionable insights for Product and Engineering. • Technical Content Creation: Contribute to the development of technical sales assets, such as SOWs, migration guides, integration workflows, and best-practice documentation to enable the broader GTM team.
Job Requirements
- Deep DAM Expertise: A proven track record (3-5 years) specifically within DAM, content distribution, visual media, or complex content workflows.
- Migration Fluency: Experience advising enterprise clients on data migration paths, metadata mapping, and library architecture during the pre-sales process.
- Technical Fluency: Practical experience discussing API integrations and cloud security principles with IT and Security stakeholders.
- Consultative Problem Solving: The ability to move beyond "features" to proposing end-to-end solutions for global brands.
