• Lead and manage the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems, including system architecture, electrical layout, and integration with power generation, distribution, and control systems ensuring contract compliance, utility requirements, and AHJ requirements. • Review feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy storage system sizing analyses to evaluate project viability, identify technical requirements, and recommend optimal BESS configurations and technologies. • Review and develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS components. • Provide technical oversight during procurement processes including vendor selection recommendations and approval drawing reviews. • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and contractors to design, procure, install, and commission BESS equipment and systems. • Oversee system modeling, simulation, and analysis to optimize BESS performance, efficiency, and reliability. • Oversee and provide engineering support for testing, validation, and commissioning of BESS systems. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.

• Develop detailed Electrical Engineering CAD drawings and specifications related to power supply infrastructure for mining data centers • Assist procurement to specify electrical equipment including transformers, switches, distribution panels, PDUs, cabling, cable trays and other electrical equipment and associated ratings to meet electrical Code requirements • Provides electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering design, scope of work, and equipment procurement • Assists with cost allocation/estimation, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and project management • Establishes technical standards in reviews, documentations, and designs • Follow design to ensure all electrical equipment, cables, and installations meet standards • Lead on-site electrical safety maintenance including regular safety checking for all electrical equipment, power supply infrastructure to maintain good risk management • Provide electrical technical support to new sites development • Communicate engineering information across teams and departments to facilitate successful completion of large-scale projects • Work and liaise with internal key stakeholders in the US as well as in Asia

Specify electrical equipment. • Serves in QAQC process and as an independent reviewer. • Complete quality control checks of engineering documents. • Work with the Project Manager to establish and maintain realistic work and labor plans and deliverable schedules that contribute to the project's bottom line financial success and satisfy the project's contractual obligations. • Participate or lead value engineering sessions with Architectural/Engineering team. • Interface effectively with clients and members of the design team. • Recommend improvements with reference standards and processes to improve quality, coordination, and to streamline production efforts. • Review and markup of shop drawings and submittals. Respond to RFI’s and review of change orders in the preparation of construction documents. • Responsible for projects' construction administration. Conduct job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. Attend and participate in construction meetings. Site visits frequently require a physical walk-through of site. • Applies knowledge of electrical and building codes in building systems design. • May perform other related tasks as needed.
