The Role As a Telecom NOC Project Manager, you are responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes in network operations projects. This role requires demonstrated leadership abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and the capacity to identify and capitalize on value-added opportunities within a NOC operations ecosystem. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and ensure that projects consistently provide increased benefits to the organization. Location This is a work from home position within the U.S. The Main Responsibilities - Leads executive-level discussions on operational projects, clearly identifying opportunities, successes, and challenges. - Demonstrates strong expertise in telecom operations, network design, and functionality. - Quickly understands and aligns with the business objectives of NOC operations. - Identifies and drives value-added opportunities to improve efficiency in NOC Operations, in addition to executing established project initiatives. - Establishes clear expectations and ensures accountability within the team. - Defines, coordinates, and manages project completion while consistently meeting deadlines. - Continuously refines and enhances project deliverables by leveraging lessons learned from related technical projects. - Provides constructive, data-based feedback, to NOC leadership and engineering teams on potential technical or process improvements that reduce inefficiencies, communication gaps, timelines, costs, and/ or manual work. - Ability to build and present ongoing, insightful data analysis as related to project-based improvement initiatives. - Build trust and mutual respect among all project stakeholders. - Promotes and supports ongoing improvement initiatives. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
