Analytics Manager, Credit Risk
Affirm
• Partner with cross-functional teams and be the Credit POC that manages the end-to-end credit strategy for the Amazon portfolio • Leverage alternative data and optimize our credit strategy to expand credit reach to the low FICO and credit invisible users • Partner with Machine Learning team to enhance our underwriting framework for high AOV • Support new product formation and new vertical exploration
Job Requirements
- 7+ years work experience in the credit risk field
- A visionary leader who can challenge the status-quo and identify opportunities, as well as develop the roadmap and strategy plan
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of the lending industry and credit risk management
- Fluent in SQL, and experience with Python
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
