• Provide support to engineering projects from start to finish ensuring compliance with company practices and procedures, as well as industry standards. • Develop complex mechanical designs relating to power switchgear, electrical bus, substations, and other electromechanical components within the electric power system. • Coordinate with customers and engineers to satisfy design requirements. • Design complex models in 3D modeling environments. • Create assembly drawings from 3D renderings. • Lead efforts in the field to take measurements for design modifications and installations. • Perform reverse-engineering of equipment and components. • Design parts with specification for manufacture. • Learn/perform calculations relative to forces on bus and bracing. • Assist with installation of equipment on job site or provide remote support. • Read and understand technical requirements presented in specifications and requests for proposal. • Take the lead in the development of GAP and junior level mechanical engineers. • Answers questions and provides support to CE Power’s other locations. • Assist management in recruitment efforts and provide feedback for performance evaluations. • Participates in weekly Production Meetings. • Provide support to quoting department for estimates on materials and technical requirements of projects. • Perform other project related work as assigned.

• Lead Architectural Strategy • Define and evolve technical architecture across the EverHealth product portfolio • Translate business goals into technical strategy and architectural roadmaps • Guide platform modernization efforts including evolving scale, AI adoption, system interoperability, and platform capabilities • Drive Scalable Platform Design • Design secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems • Establish patterns for performance, resilience, and maintainability • Guide teams in adopting modern architectural patterns such as API-first architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices • Enable Healthcare Interoperability • Architect systems that support healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7 • Ensure architectural approaches align with regulatory expectations and healthcare data standards • Lead AI-Forward Innovation • Help integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into core product workflows • Partner with engineering teams to leverage LLMs, automation, and intelligent workflow support • Ensure AI capabilities are implemented in ways that are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs • Provide Technical Leadership • Partner with existing architects, principal engineers, and engineering leaders across EverHealth • Facilitate architecture and design reviews across teams • Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders in system design and architectural thinking • Help teams align on shared architectural patterns and platform capabilities • Partner Across the Organization • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations leaders • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development • Align architecture decisions with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities

• Work as part of a small, cross functional XP team installing Imogen into client cloud environments partnering with client infosec, infrastructure, and IT teams. • Pair program with other engineers and collaborate closely with other roles such as product managers and designers • Work with client infrastructure, security, and network teams to deploy Imogen to their cloud infrastructure • Lead and collaborate on technical discovery efforts for existing customer systems cloud infrastructure and adapt Imogen to their public cloud estate • Apply and evolve XP engineering practices such as pair programming, test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration and continuous delivery • Adapt XP practices for working with AI—whether co-writing code, managing agents and their context, or knowing when to push back and trust your own instincts • Help onboard client developers and/or new Mechanical Orchard team members with practices and techniques • Continuously learn about relevant emerging technologies or practices and foster the growth of the organization through mentorship, tech talks, and other means
