Sales Development Representative, USA Market

KITRO

• Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) • Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging • Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling

Job Requirements

  • Previous 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services in the USA
  • Open to working from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Organized, self-driven, and resilient
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred (HubSpot)
  • Languages: Native English speaker, other European languages are a plus.
