• Initial contact: You are the first point of contact at uptain for interested prospects. • Phone & email: You contact leads who have shown interest in our solutions. • Relationship building: You identify who the right contact person is for us. • Needs analysis: You determine the needs of interested parties. • Appointment setting: You schedule follow-up meetings for your colleagues in Sales and answer initial questions. • You will also be involved in outbound sales!
Job Requirements
- Some prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Interest in e-commerce and digital trends
- Ability to persuade people over the phone with clear communication
- Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and assertiveness
- High level of commitment and reliability toward customers
- Excellent self-organization and personal accountability
- Strong English skills, as we also have international prospects
- In general: You don't need to know everything, but you must be willing to learn!
