Role Description Somos una empresa dedicada al mundo del fitness y el bienestar, y buscamos un o una Setter empática y orientada a los resultados, para ayudarnos a captar leads a través de Instagram. - Captar y cualificar leads inbound a través de mensajes directos en Instagram. - Desarrollar relaciones con los leads para convertirlos en oportunidades de ventas cualificadas. - Gestionar y organizar tu pipeline de leads en el CRM. - Proponer ideas para optimizar el proceso de captación y mejora de la experiencia de los prospectos. Qualifications - Conocimientos básicos en fitness, entrenamiento y nutrición. - Formación mínima en marketing, ventas o PNL. - Habilidad para comunicarse con tacto, empatía y claridad. - Experiencia con Instagram para captar y gestionar leads. - Conocimientos básicos de Excel o herramientas similares para la gestión del CRM. - Disponibilidad mínima de 3-4 horas al día. Benefits - 40 euros por lead cerrado. - Tras un mes (si se llega a los KPIs): fijo + 40 euros por lead cerrado. - Un flujo constante de leads cualificados, lo que te permitirá centrarte en generar resultados. - La oportunidad de trabajar en un equipo orientado a la mejora continua. - Posibilidades de evolución dentro de la empresa si los resultados son buenos. Requirements - Autonomía: Serás responsable de tus tareas diarias sin supervisión constante. - Orientación a resultados: Buscamos a alguien motivado por ayudar a los prospectos a alcanzar sus objetivos y que disfrute del desafío de mejorar continuamente. - Habilidad para escuchar: Debes ser capaz de entender las necesidades de nuestros prospectos y guiarlos de manera efectiva. - Capacidad de adaptación: A veces habrá picos en la entrada de leads, por lo que es importante que te guste un entorno dinámico y desafiante. - Ganas de aprender: Valoramos a las personas que buscan crecer personal y profesionalmente.
