• Evaluate lighting requirements for each space, ensuring alignment with client needs, budget, and project goals. • Develop lighting plans that balance functionality (e.g., task lighting) and aesthetics. • Select luminaires, drivers, and lighting products based on performance, efficiency, cost, and project requirements. • Integrate energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness into all design decisions. • Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Calculate appropriate lighting levels (lux, lumen output) for different spaces. • Optimize placement and lighting types to minimize glare, shadows, and visual discomfort. • Use Relux to create 3D room models, lighting simulations, and visualizations. • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of lighting designs. • Deliver presentations to clearly communicate design concepts and proposed solutions. • Implement sustainable solutions, including LED systems, smart lighting controls, and products that combine acoustic and lighting functionalities. • Report directly to the Consultancy Services Team Lead.

• Shape exciting projects across Germany • Coordinate architectural and interior design projects across Germany • Work remotely and coordinate seamlessly with our international teams • Be the central point of contact between German architects and international colleagues

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships within the panel trade and interior fit-out industry • Regularly visit customers, present materials, and act as a reliable point of contact • Position Impact Acoustic in relevant projects and establish our sustainable product portfolio in the market • Represent the brand at industry events and trade fairs • Work with our team to turn customer needs into innovative solutions

• Provide expert guidance on acoustic solutions for buildings • Conduct room acoustic assessments for new projects, fit-outs, and renovations • Perform acoustic simulations using Treble to predict sound behavior • Prepare acoustic reports that comply with industry standards • Present findings clearly to clients, architects, and engineers • Assist in updating acoustic performance data sheets • Support testing of new Archisonic products

• Coordinate and oversee all marketing and enablement projects from planning to completion • Build clear timelines, structure workflows, and ensure milestones are met • Drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders • Create weekly status updates and keep everyone informed • Act as the central point of contact for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams • Introduce structured, intuitive processes that help the team work smarter • Shape and refine our operational setup (CRM, LMS, project management tools)
