• Contact warm, pre-qualified inbound leads. • Manage a high daily call volume in a structured environment. • Conduct 5–15 minute qualification calls. • Ask scripted qualification questions and address high-level inquiries. • Clearly articulate information in polished, professional English. • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives. • Manage leads and scheduling inside Go High Level (CRM). • Accurately document call outcomes and next steps. • Assist new clients through onboarding in Tribexa. • Guide clients through documentation and account setup. • Conduct Zoom calls to walk clients through deal documents and system access. • Maintain a confident and professional presence on Zoom. • Deliver a high-comfort experience for pre-qualified warm leads.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of appointment-setting experience.
- Strong experience handling warm outbound calls.
- Experience working with high-value or financial clients is a plus.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred.
- Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding.
