Territory Sales Manager – WEST

• Regional sales and account management • Managing, advising, and developing a defined customer portfolio in your territory • Active acquisition of new customers and market development • Conducting product presentations, annual reviews, and negotiations • Identifying and exploiting regional revenue potential (upselling/cross-selling) • Strategic key account management • Responsibility for selected strategically important customers in the region • Developing customer-specific account strategies and action plans • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships at decision-maker level • Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities • Coordination & collaboration • Close alignment with marketing, product management, customer service, and management • Managing regional projects and ensuring smooth customer onboarding • Using CRM systems for pipeline management, analysis, and reporting • Responsible for achieving targets (revenue, growth, customer satisfaction) • Target achievement • Meet weekly/monthly revenue and new-customer targets
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Experience in account management or field sales, ideally with initial exposure to key account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven, solution-oriented personality with strategic understanding
- Independent and structured working style and high willingness to travel within the region
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and assertiveness
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Residence in or near North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, or Saarland
- Solid understanding of key customer needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
