• You want to help shape the digitalization of public administration and contribute your innovative ideas within an agile working environment. • As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will accompany the requirement elicitation and implementation together with your team and clients, through to release and further development of a software application. • With a project to build the communication infrastructure as part of public administration digitalization, you will help master and actively drive digital transformation. • You act as a bridge between clients and the development team, translating needs into actionable requirements. • You analyze new requirements and derive user stories from them. • Together with the team and clients, you develop the product backlog, ongoing sprint goals, and releases. • You are the primary contact for our clients and convince them with your strong communication skills. • Together with your team, you are responsible for quality assurance and the reliable delivery of new features and releases. • You work closely with other teams, subprojects, and consultants.

Job Requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a technical field
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working through complex topics in a structured way
  • Team-oriented, reliable working style with high quality standards and enjoyment in collaborating with clients and the team
  • Clear, understandable, and proactive communication
  • Some experience as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects
  • Willingness to travel and very good German language skills (C2 or native speaker)

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to define, develop, and execute the roadmap for our next-generation healthcare software products. You will act as the critical link between clinical needs, technical feasibility, and business value, driving significant innovation and measurable impact across our product portfolio. - Strategic KPI Alignment: Define, track, and manage product KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure all product priorities, roadmaps, and requirements are directly aligned with measurable business outcomes and performance targets that align with organizational goals. - Product Discovery & Ideation: Initiate and lead rigorous product discovery efforts, including market research, clinical interviews, and data analysis to identify and validate new product ideation and opportunities, especially those leveraging AI/ML solutions. Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and reliably t-shirt size features for accurate roadmap planning. - Release Management: Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, managing release calendars, ensuring proper defect prioritization based on clinical risk, and authoring/disseminating clear release notes to all stakeholders. - Sales & Prospect Support: Work with Solution Engineering and Sales to understand, validate, and solve for complex prospect cases and customer needs, ensuring the product can address high-value market scenarios. - Mentorship & Coaching: Actively mentor other product managers on healthcare technology best practices and product strategy.
