• Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles • Partner with stakeholders to scope roles & align on hiring criteria • Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, especially technical and AI talent • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close • Design and continuously improve interview processes to be fast, structured, and candidate-friendly • Track and report on recruiting funnel metrics (pipeline health, time to hire, conversion rates) • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions to attract top startup and AI talent • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and talent availability • Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up
Job Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles
- Prior experience recruiting in US based startup environments (Series A–C strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires
- You are a first principles thinker
- Highly proactive and scrappy — you don’t wait for inbound, you build pipeline from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives
- Excellent communicator with strong candidate storytelling and closing skills
- Ability to operate with urgency and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Ideal candidates have both agency and in-house experience
- Experience recruiting at an AI/ML-focused company or hiring AI/ML talent
- Familiarity with technical concepts across engineering, data science, or applied AI roles
- Prior experience being an early recruiting hire at a startup
