• Provide engineering support for proposals, renewals and re-engineering activities to support CEVA Business Growth and Retention objectives • Engineering support may include data analysis, concept of operations, design layouts, identifying processes, build engineering models and develop customer proposals • Continuous development of engineering skills to design distribution center operations • Work with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and/or renewals on a timely basis • Provide engineering support for other operational improvements as requested • Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate

• Enhancing the design, development, and ongoing optimization of Akamai's Network Fabric to ensure scalability and performance for Edge, Compute, AI workloads. • Developing product and program requirements to design network features and produce detailed technical outputs, including diagrams, material inventories, and rack elevations. • Coordinating with engineering build teams to help them understand network design documents for accurate network infrastructure deployment • Supporting technical writers/trainers in documentation that explains complex internal technology concepts, design standards and deployment best practices • Identifying and participating in internal workflow and process improvement opportunities within Akamai

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly communicating with them to understand their needs and expectations • Coordinating with multiple disciplines and acting as lead mechanical engineer to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule while managing the mechanical team including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing • Develop detailed specifications for mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, and air handling units • Writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings • Ensures discipline plans that are created to meet overall project team requirements for project scope and schedule • Stays current on codes and technologies appropriate to the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems related to hyperscale data centers • Analyze and evaluate mechanical system performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for upgrades • Provide technical support during the construction phase, responding to RFIs and addressing any issues that arise • Attend job site visits, project meetings, and commissioning activities as needed • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the chiller systems with other data center infrastructure • Analyze energy usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

Role Description The Data Collection Specialist will be responsible for the following: - Record screen sessions demonstrating specific tasks with clear verbal narration explaining each step. - Annotate screenshots of professional software by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements. - Follow provided staging instructions to set up specific UI states prior to recording. - Use a custom capture tool to record workflows accurately and consistently. - Adhere closely to task guidelines to ensure data quality and usability. - Work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Qualifications - Must-Have: - Strong familiarity with professional software tools including AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Vivado. - Detail-oriented and capable of following precise instructions. - Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines. - Access to a physical Mac and ability to create a fresh macOS user profile if required. - Fluent in English. - Preferred: - Prior experience with data collection, annotation, or QA work. - Experience recording or documenting workflows. - Comfort working with new tools and staged environments.
