• Design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications • Work closely with internal teams who interface directly with clients, translating client requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to the internal ecosystem by developing tools for the marketing team and creating micro-apps on top of the AI stack • Update the website and micro-apps, and develop client-specific applications as needed • Configure LLMs to power new AI workflows • Build internal tools that streamline operations • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive measurable growth

• Manage and execute projects end-to-end, including cross-functional project management, data collection, modeling and analysis, synthesis, and communication of insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders • Build scalable models and processes that maximize end-to-end value, balancing operating costs and asset efficiency • Align with relevant business partners to ensure project success, leading discussions to drive change • Identify areas of opportunity and influence; engage cross-functional teams to enable quick wins and continuous improvement • Create and deploy robust metrics and dashboards to enable tangible transformation • Lead pilot implementations to demonstrate business impact • And other activities of similar complexity and scope.

• Perform component obsolescence management and risk coding of components to determine lifecycle status • Work with suppliers to resolve manufacturing related issues • Generate and revise source control drawings • Perform alternate part investigations and generate comparison matrices showing the differences and similarities of the parts • Understand program requirements and statements of work (SOW) • Determine program component environmental/characteristic application requirements • Provide technology insertion and parts selection/standardization guidance while adhering to business, component parametric, application environmental and circuit application constraints • Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers/manufacturers to develop component risk and verification delineation • Create component verification data packages with supporting data • Facilitate component selection and libraries application through the coordination and generation of the program bill of material (BOM) in a collaboration toolset • Present component standardization, design library, obsolescence management and termination finish risk results in support of program preliminary and critical design reviews (PDRs / CDRs)
