GrowthX AI
• Design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications • Work closely with internal teams who interface directly with clients, translating client requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to the internal ecosystem by developing tools for the marketing team and creating micro-apps on top of the AI stack • Update the website and micro-apps, and develop client-specific applications as needed • Configure LLMs to power new AI workflows • Build internal tools that streamline operations • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive measurable growth
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer
- Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience
- Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Python or Node also welcomed)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn UI (or willingness to learn)
- Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems
- Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
- Experience building data-driven tools and web applications
- Open-minded approach to using AI tools like Cursor and Cline for enhancing development productivity
- Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products is a significant advantage
- Background in technical SEO, data analysis, and creating custom growth tools is a plus
- Prior work in startup or high-growth environments where you've bridged technical and business needs is highly valued.
