ServiceNow Project Manager

• Lead the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of ServiceNow projects • Manage the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams • Maintain strong communication across clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors • Operate effectively within federal contracting environments including contract management and financial oversight

Job Requirements

  • PMP certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a software delivery Project Manager
  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery (minimum 2 years with ServiceNow)
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams, Agile delivery, and multiple workstreams
  • 4+ years of proposal and estimating experience
  • 4+ years of client-facing experience engaging on status, risks, issues, and decisions
  • 4+ years of experience driving quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • 4+ years of experience planning, implementing, and managing organizational or technical change
  • US Citizenship required
