• New Business Development (100% Hunting) - Identify, target, and win new enterprise retail accounts nationwide. • Build and execute a strategic go‑to‑market and territory plan focused exclusively on net-new logo acquisition. • Engage senior retail decision-makers through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events. • Tailor messaging and solution positioning to each retailer’s operational and strategic priorities. • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through contract closure. • Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations showcasing Badger’s automation and analytics capabilities. • Build strong relationships with C-suite leaders, operations executives, merchandising teams, and digital transformation leaders. • Manage long, complex sales cycles involving cross-functional coordination and multi-million-dollar deal structures. • Partner with engineering, product, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to ensure alignment on feasibility and customer needs. • Provide customer and market insights that support product direction and strategic planning. • Drive internal coordination for pilots, technical evaluations, trials, and deployment planning. • Maintain a deep understanding of large-scale retail operations and challenges, including labor constraints, pricing accuracy, hazard detection, shelf visibility, and inventory performance. • Stay current on trends in retail automation, robotics, AI, and in-store data intelligence. • Represent Badger Technologies at conferences, trade shows, and executive forums.

• Architect and own the enterprise-wide strategy for integration and commissioning of automation solutions, establishing standards, frameworks, and best practices across GE Vernova • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for the on-time, on-budget, and secure deployment of automation projects from pilot through full-scale production • Directly manage project and program budgets, vendor contracts, and drive ROI through comprehensive vendor and stakeholder management • Champion vendor performance management, technology selection, and contract negotiations to ensure the delivery of scalable and sustainable automation solutions • Partner extensively with system integrators, site managers, business unit CEOs, technology architects, IT/OT, HR, Finance, and Communications to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and deliver projects aligned with strategic priorities • Represent GE Vernova in industry forums, vendor summits, regulatory engagements, and external collaborative partnerships • Develop and continually refine innovative metrics to assess integration effectiveness, commissioning rigor, and performance outcomes • Proactively manage safety, compliance, risk, and change management throughout every phase of deployment • Influence senior leadership on investment, strategic priorities, and technology adoption • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of all commissioned automation solutions
