RPA Developer Analyst – Senior

• Automation Development: Design, build, maintain and enhance robust, scalable automation solutions using Python, ensuring quality and efficiency in automated processes. • Automation Architecture: Design and define the architecture of automation solutions, ensuring modularity, reusability and software engineering best practices. • Technical Leadership: Lead the automation team, mentor junior and mid-level developers, perform code reviews and promote the technical growth of the team. • Process Modeling in Pipefy: Structure and optimize pipes, phases, forms and native automations within Pipefy, aligning flows with business needs. • Workflow Orchestration in n8n: Develop and manage workflows in n8n, using native nodes, custom nodes and conditional logic to automate end-to-end processes. • Testing: Implement unit, integration and regression tests to ensure quality and stability. • Version Control: Use version control systems such as Git to collaborate with the team and keep a well-organized change history.
Job Requirements
- Pipefy (Advanced): Deep knowledge of the Pipefy platform, including creating and managing pipes, native automations, public forms, GraphQL API integrations and permission management.
- Automation Architecture: Experience designing and implementing scalable automation architectures.
- n8n (Advanced): Extensive experience creating workflows in n8n, including use of HTTP nodes, webhooks, conditional logic, error handling and self-hosting the platform.
- Automation Logic and BPM: Ability to map and model business processes (BPM) and translate them into efficient automated flows.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, Pull Requests, Code Review).
- Plus: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) for deployment and orchestration of automations.
- CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Python: Programming skills for creating custom n8n nodes or scripts that complement automations.
- Testing: Experience with testing libraries such as Pytest and mocking frameworks.
- Best Practices: Familiarity with SOLID principles, Clean Code and design patterns applied to automations.
