Job Requirements

  • Solid experience with RPA
  • Proficiency in UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator)
  • Knowledge of REFramework
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL Server
  • Experience with development best practices and automation testing
  • Familiarity with BPMN and API integrations
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Experience in: process mapping, creating flowcharts, detailed step-by-step documentation, and test plan creation

Position Overview The Commissioning Technician III serves as a senior-level field technician responsible for leading the installation, configuring, and deployment of complex robotic systems, troubleshooting high-level technical issues, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities - Lead onsite deployment and commissioning of robotic systems. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics. - Coordinate with multiple trades and client teams for installation planning. - Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to specifications. - Interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings. - Train and mentor Apprentices and Tech I & Tech II technicians. - Provide technical feedback and recommendations to engineering teams. - Ensure adherence to all safety standards and field best practices. - Travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S. (potentially Canada). Qualifications - HSD or GED - Technical training in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. - 7+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or complex industrial equipment installation. - Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration. - Strong understanding of BMS, FLS, and industrial networking fundamentals. - Proven ability to lead small teams or coordinate subcontractors in the field. - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency interpreting and updating technical documentation. Preferred Certifications: - OSHA 30 - Amazon Red Badge (training provided) - First Aid/CPR - Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred Preferred Experience: - Prior work in Amazon Robotics or high-volume fulfillment environments. - Field leadership or site supervision experience.
