• You implement a comprehensive tracking and reporting system in HubSpot and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Responsible for data-driven allocation of the marketing budget across performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, events, etc.) to maximize ROI. • Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of individual marketing channels; identify scaling opportunities and optimization levers. • Work with state-of-the-art RevOps solutions and implement AI tools or add-on components where required. • Develop and maintain executive dashboards with key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, conversion rates, etc.) in collaboration with the CSO and data scientists. • Report directly to the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company, including at least 3 years at a senior level
  • Proven track record in optimizing lead generation campaigns and budget allocation across digital channels
  • Strong analytical skills and solid experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Expertise in HubSpot or comparable systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) with experience in system setup and optimization
  • Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, and the ability to present technical insights tailored to different stakeholders
