• Estrategia Multicanal: Desarrollar estrategias 360º que acompañen al usuario en todas las fases del funnel. • Gestión Paid Media (PPC): Creación y optimización avanzada en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y LinkedIn Ads. • Compra Programática: Gestión end-to-end de campañas en DSPs como DV360, Outbrain y Taboola. • Segmentación de audiencias y elección de formatos ganadores. • Medición y Data: "Lo que no se mide no existe". Dominarás herramientas de etiquetado (GTM, Tealium IQ) y analizarás datos para extraer insights y proponer mejoras constantes. • Optimización de ROI: Gestión eficiente de presupuestos publicitarios, aplicando tests A/B y las mejores prácticas del mercado. • Innovación constante: Serás el radar de la agencia en nuevas tendencias PPC y tecnologías publicitarias para mantenernos siempre un paso por delante.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia: 3–7 años gestionando campañas de Paid Media, con al menos 2-4 años de experiencia real en DSPs (DV360, TTD o Adform).
- Dominio de plataformas: Nivel experto en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
- Data & Tracking: Experiencia sólida en GA4 y GTM (idealmente server-side), definición de eventos y QA.
- Excel/Sheets Avanzado: Manejo indispensable de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y automatización aplicada al reporting de campañas.
- Soft Skills: Capacidad analítica para modelar KPIs y diagnosticar causas raíz. Comunicación clara y mentalidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Suma puntos extra (Valorables): Experiencia con Campaign Manager 360, Google Studio (DCO) o CM360 floodlights.
- Conocimientos de Retail Media (Amazon, Citrus/Criteo) o App campaigns (SKAdNetwork).
- Nivel avanzado de SQL/BigQuery, nociones de modelos MMM o experimentación de incrementabilidad.

What you'll do We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented marketing leader to lead our global Performance Marketing function - overseeing strategy, channel performance, investment efficiency, and innovation across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging digital platforms. As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will define how we acquire and convert customers across every stage of the funnel. You'll partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver efficient, scalable growth through data, technology, and creative excellence. • Own the marketing pipeline number across all channels, with a primary focus on outbound given our top-down sales motion • Own quarterly demand gen planning and forecasting: set pipeline targets, build coverage models, and align resources to hit the number each quarter • Build and run the ABM strategy end to end: target account selection, tiering, personalized engagement plans, and multi-channel orchestration • Work hands-on with sales pods and SDRs to develop account-level strategies, align on prioritization, and drive personalized outreach that breaks into target accounts • Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, and marketing ops to ensure messaging, events, data, and tooling all ladder up to ABM account plans • Run weekly pipeline meetings: report on health, diagnose bottlenecks, identify coverage gaps, and drive corrective action • Continuously test and optimize outreach channels, messaging, and engagement tactics based on performance data • Manage and direct external agencies and contractors as needed to extend demand gen capacity, ensuring work is on-brief, on-time, and aligned with account strategy • Build and grow the demand generation function as needs evolve
