Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, configuration, and integrations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services integrations
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Cross module exposure is highly preferrable e.g. ITSM, CSM, PSDS and FSM
