Role Description onX is seeking an experienced engineering leader to lead the Hunt Vertical, owning some of the most foundational and business-critical systems across the onX product ecosystem. This role provides engineering leadership across Core Hunt experiences, Hunt Research Tools (HRT), and Land Intelligence, spanning multiple customer segments, platforms, and deeply data-driven systems. You will lead and grow teams across iOS, Android, Web, and Backend while partnering closely with Product and Design leadership to shape Hunt’s long-term technical and product evolution. This is not a single-team or single-feature role. It is a domain-owning leadership position with material influence on customer trust, product differentiation, and business outcomes. Depending on experience, this role may be leveled as a Senior Engineering Manager or Director, and will report to a Senior Director of Engineering. How You’ll Be Compensated - Applicants can expect to make between $188,000 to $235,000 upon hire. - The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education. - Full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.
