• As a Technical Consultant – ABAP, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions for international clients across a range of industries. • Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions, contributing across RICEFW developments and system integrations. • Apply strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills to deliver robust and scalable solutions. • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, functional consultants, and senior technical team members to ensure technical accuracy, alignment with business needs, and successful project delivery. • Produce clear technical documentation and support high-quality releases through disciplined development practices, thorough testing, and adherence to established standards.

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP applications • Work across multiple SAP modules including HCM, Time Management, Payroll, and more • Analyze system requirements and develop configured solutions • Mentor junior team members • Provide end-to-end SAP support including analysis, development, testing, and issue resolution

In this role, you will lead large-scale transformation initiatives, serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and own end-to-end OCM strategy and delivery.
