Job Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS in production environments
- Hands-on experience with: EC2 (monitoring and troubleshooting), CloudWatch (metrics, logs, and alarms), S3
- Experience analyzing and resolving infrastructure incidents
- Previous experience in N2/N3 technical support or AMS
- Experience with performance analysis (CPU, memory, disk, I/O)
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably data-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously in critical scenarios
